Who exactly will be coming into my home?
It will always be us—the owners of Glow Up Cleaning, LLC! As a two-woman team, we don't send out subcontractors. You’ll get the same faces and the same 'Mom-Standard' quality every single time. We are licensed, insured, and treat your home with the same respect we give our own.
What should I do with my pets/kids while you're here?
We love kids and pets! As moms, we’re used to the 'busy' of a household. We just ask that pets are comfortable with visitors and that kids have a safe space to play while we work our magic with the equipment. We use family-safe cleaning practices to keep everyone healthy.
How do you handle entry if I'm at work?
Most of our clients provide us with a garage code, a spare key, or a hidden entry spot. We keep all entry info strictly confidential and secure. We’ll even text you when we arrive and when we’ve finished the 'Glow Up' so you know exactly when your sanctuary is ready!
Will they start cutting corners once I'm a regular client?
We use the same 50-point checklist for our tenth visit as we did for our first. We treat every clean like it's the one that earns your business for the next year." Our "Mom-Standard" Checklist ensures consistency and quality every time.
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring everything needed to make your home shine—from professional-grade vacuums to our favorite sanitizing solutions. If you have a specific eco-friendly product or a special floor cleaner you prefer we use, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate!
What happens if I’m not happy with a specific area?
Your peace of mind is our priority. We walk through the home after every clean to ensure it meets our 'Glow Up' standard. However, if we ever miss a spot, just call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right at no extra charge. We stand by our work 100%.
Do you use bleach? Is it safe for my newborn/puppy?
We use a balanced approach. We use eco-friendly, family-safe cleaners for everyday surfaces, but we keep the "heavy hitters" for things like shower mold or oven grease. We also use microfiber technology to trap dust rather than just pushing it around, which is important for Georgia's high allergy counts!
If I ask for something special, will they understand and actually do it?
We pride ourselves on clear communication. We offer a "Notes for Today" magnet or a digital text thread where you can send specific requests directly to us. Your instructions will be understood and followed.
